And Winter Sets In

Here are some pics of the first sticking snow from last weekend.

This was the biggest problem — the aviary for the peafowl and chickens collapsed under the weight of the snow. This actually turned out to be a good thing since it buried the perch and forced Heyzeus to take shelter from the weather.



It has been a rough couple of weeks. Don’t really want to get into it just yet. Perhaps another day. Today, I just want to look at the snow.

Why does the moon always shrink when you take her picture?
